2025 Reflections Assessment 

For the 2025 year, the RHL Board passed a 15% increase in the monthly Reflections assessments. This increase is to keep pace with inflation and the recommendations of the RHL Reserve Study Report, as well as to adequately fund the future capital projects planned for the community.  Lastly, the main driver of the increase was to deal with a dramatic increase in insurance premiums.
