2023 Reflections Assessment 

For the 2023 year, the RHL Board passed a 3% increase in the monthly Reflections assessments. This increase is to keep pace with inflation and the recommendations of the RHL Reserve Study Report, as well as to adequately fund the future capital projects planned for the community.
